By using our website and booking services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

 

These are in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and applicable New South Wales health and safety regulations.

1. Online Bookings

  • Appointments can be booked through our secure online system powered by Wix Bookings.

  • You will receive an automated email confirmation once your booking is successful.

  • A reminder email/SMS may also be sent prior to your appointment.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • You can cancel or reschedule directly by contacting us through the contact info provided on our website.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment can be made in-person.

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST, where applicable.

4. Arrival Time

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete any necessary health forms or consultation.

  • If you are late, your session time may be reduced out of courtesy to the next client, but full fees still apply.

5. Health, Safety & Professional Conduct

  • Please advise your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or if you are pregnant, prior to your appointment.

  • For your safety and comfort, all services are strictly non-sexual and professional in nature.

  • Inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, and future bookings may be refused.

6. COVID-19 and Hygiene Protocols

  • We follow NSW Health guidelines and maintain strict hygiene practices.

  • If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact us to reschedule.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

  • Information you provide during the booking process is collected and is used solely to manage your appointments and communicate with you.

  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • While we aim to provide a safe and beneficial experience, Body Heal Massage is not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or outcomes resulting from treatments.

  • You agree to receive massage treatments at your own risk and disclose all relevant health information truthfully.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Body Heal Massage reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
